Trip Details: The 2009 trip departs from the United states on Wednesday, February 18th 2009 and arrives in Munich, Germany the next morning, February 19th. We return from Frankfurt on February 26, 2009.
Transportation Information: Round trip air transportation to Germany is provided by Lufthansa or United Airlines. These airlines have a code sharing arrangements and have been our airlines of choice for several of our recent trips.
Sample pricing is quoted for several cities, but we can quote from almost any city served by these airlines.
Trip includes: Round-trip air from the United States to Germany, all tickets for scheduled train use (first class on most routes) hotel rooms (double occupancy) with buffet breakfast each day and all transfers.
Trip does not include: Lunch, items of a personal nature, travel not covered by the rail passes or outlined in our itinerary, departure fees and taxes (to be billed later) and any other non-listed items.
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the services provided by airlines or other service providers and they will solely be responsible for correcting any deficiencies should they occur. Also, acts of God such as weather, labor strikes or other similar occurrences are beyond our control and we will not be responsible for these. Travel insurance, while not handled by us is available.

Please note that all prices are double occupancy and do not include departure fees that will be billed later when determined. Single occupancy rooms are available for an additional $424. We will endeavor to put singles in touch with each other to make it possible to decide to share a room.

RESERVATION INFORMATION
If you would like to join us for this tour please complete and return the reservation form (click on Sign-Up link). All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit or credit card. All prices contemplate credit card charges. Cash (check) will be credited $40.00 at final billing. Upon receipt we will forward an itinerary and receipt. Our cancellation fees are as follows: $20.00 up to 90 days prior to departure; $100 89-31 days prior; no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of departure. Trip insurance is available. Payment schedule is: With reservation $750.00 per person, $750.00 November 1, 2008, and final billing on or about January 1, 2009. Call if you have questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
